Shipping and Delivery
SHIPPING & DELIVERIES - Italy
For all our shipments in Italy we rely on GLS EXPRESS COURIER.
We ship throughout Italy (excluding Campione d'Italia and Livigno).
Shipping methods and costs

Standard Shipping (2/3 working days): € 6.90 for orders up to € 30.00, FREE for higher amounts.

Expedited Shipping (by 12.00 the next day, for orders before 14:00) € 20.00
For shipments to Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia, these times may be extended by 1 or 2 working days. Deliveries are made on working days, from Monday to Friday. No deliveries are made on Italian public holidays. We remind you that delivery times are indicative and may vary based on national traffic volumes, weather conditions, periods of the year.
Time of taking charge of the order
Orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving the order. Once the order is taken over, it is prepared for shipment and entrusted to the courier who will deliver it according to the option chosen at the time of purchase.
Order tracking
Each order is assigned a unique tracking code visible in the shipping confirmation email. To track your package, please use the tracking code provided, entering it directly on the website of the carrier used for shipping. The tracking code generally becomes active after 24 working hours from the receipt of the shipping confirmation email.
Delivery Problems
In case of problems with the shipment, please call the carrier's customer service, indicating the tracking code of the shipment that has been provided to you.
